Established in 1995, Cabel System Srl is a company specialized in the production of a broad range of wires and cables suitable for satisfying a wide variety of applications: industry, electricity, medium and low voltage, electronics and automotive.
Cabel System Srl is capable to follow all production stages thanks to the long-term experience acquired over recent years: we take charge of the product design, the prototyping, the quality tests, the internal and external storage and last but not least of the final shipment.
Cabel is a family-run company with a remarkable expansion in the last few years and claims major holdings in companies abroad.
This company approach has allowed us to guarantee high standards and a high response capacity, even with numerically relevant productions.

The area covered by the company is about 1,000 sqm.
The energy requirement is covered by a photovoltaic system (40 x 13 sqm) of 52,9 Kw. Today Cabel System has about 21 employees.

KOMAX ALPHA 356
It is a highly flexible machine, ideal to execute complex processes. On this model we’ve installed an inkjet printer (white ink jet) that allows us to print alphanumeric characters (based on customer requests) on wire and mounting rubber on one side (on request). All product data is saved in a database and can be recovered at any time.
High productivity
With the reliable TopWin software you can record and edit jobs while the machine is running. The quick wire selector, quick tool-change system and other options ensure excellent productivity especially if there are frequent changeovers.
Maximum quality control
The processes are constantly checked against the specified values during production with functions that monitor crimp force, seals, splices, end of wire supply, and length. Any cables with processing defects are removed and an appropriate number of cables are post-processed automatically to replace them.
KOMAX GAMMA 333 PC
In our company we have two machines of this model, the multiple functions allow you to take full advantage of their flexibility. All product data is saved in a database and can be recovered at any time.

The difference between the two machines:
– A machine as well as crimping on one / two sides, crimping in double and stripping (standard options) performs the flushing and tinning process (on one side), passing from one function to another in the shortest possible time.
– The other as well as crimping on one / two sides and stripping (standard options) puts the terminal covers completely automatically.
This crimping machine is fully automatic. Regardless of the task, Gamma 333 PC does it with process control and minimal changeover times.

KOMAX GAMMA 255
Komax Gamma 255 is a flexible fully automatic crimping machine. It processes cross sections in a range from AWG36 and AWG14 with excellent quality.
Our machine is equipped with two presses to crimp on two sides, cut and strip the wire.

SAMEC
It is a machine that allows us to cut, sheathe and strip cables that vary in section from 2 x 0,22 to 4 x 2,5.
MINI CRIMP APPLICATORS:
We own 7 crimping machines and 150 types of mini applicators, thus giving all our customers a wide choice of pins.
