Wiring

We own high-tech machinery for cutting and working with cables.
Since 2017 we are UL (COMPONENT WIRING HARNESSES) certified which, in
addition to our extensive experience, guarantees the customer maximum reliability.

The wiring we make on customer’s request can have inkjet marking or white hotmarking,
when this is not possible, a special printer makes labels that are inserted into a plastic
plate.
We carry out the entire cabling starting from the customer’s plan.

Cables

– SIGNAL CABLES
– SILICONE CABLES:
Insulation: silicone rubber
Conductor: Tin-plated copper

– COAXIAL CABLES:
It is composed of a single copper conductor placed in the centre of the cable (core)
and of a dielectric (usually polyethylene or PTFE) separating the central core from the
shield made of woven metallic braid or from a spirally wound layer (braid).

– MULTIPOLAR CABLES:
The multipolar cable is an electrical cable that wraps several conductor wires within an
insulating sheath.
Conductor: generally two or more in copper
Insulation: two or more in rubber, pvc or resins
The sheath that wraps the whole is always in
pvc.

– UL/CSA CABLES:
UL and CSA certifications are in great demand these days in order to export to the
North American market (USA and Canada).
These product certifications attest to the conformity of electrical and electronic
products with essential safety standards or requirements.

INSERT MOULDINGS

The HOT MELT moulding technology offers an alternative to traditional technologies for small,
medium and large quantities of products. This technology uses low pressures ( 2-25 bar). The
materials used by the HOT MELT technology have good adhesion to many materials, do not
generate gas, they are water resistant and overprintable.

Our mouldings are made with the HOT MELT technology that assures a
special protection for electrical and electronic parts (LED, relays, and switches) in order to
guarantee a long operation. It defends them from heat, humidity, dust and mechanical shocks.

The electronic boards can be used as:
– Flame control for industrial burners
